I have MLS head gaskets on in my engine after a blown headgaskets. All I did was get the heads resurfaced and took a razor and scraped off the old headgasket, and took some gas to a towel and cleaned off the block just to make sure it was perfect slapped on the head gasket and threw the heads on no sealers or anything and torqued them down to specs. use arp headstuds very recommended and theres a specific order to torque them down.
